“Wow. I stopped by your shop recently to see if I could replace my water circulating pad for a unit that isn’t yours. Instead, I decided to buy a brand new unit from you guys, a local company I know where to find. I got the larger 15 quart cooler size, which I had never seen before. My nurses were happily surprised with the larger unit and commented on how nice that must be for customers in pain. I have been using the unit since leaving the hospital yesterday and I just needed to call and say, 'Wow!
