This was a great summer and a successful one for Polar. We are grateful to all our friends and customers for your support and good words. Meet Mike

When Kate moved on to graduate school, she left some big shoes to fill in our office...

Fortunately, we have Mike.

Mike Mockbee is our new website administrator and customer service specialist, but he's not new to Polar. He joined our team in 2006 and has been an essential employee for the past seven years.

Mike has previously worked in our factory, where he specializes in the manufacturing of our Kool Max® cooling packs and Soft Ice® cold/hot therapy packs.

With his manufacturing experience, it's safe to say that Mike knows our products better than just about anyone, which is why we're fortunate to have him on the phone to assist you with your order or to answer any questions you have about our products. 

Mike is currently studying Management Information Systems at the University of Akron. He's also incredibly helpful with our computers and website!
