The sun is shining and it's a balmy 40 degrees here in Northeast Ohio... we made it through last week's "Polar Vortex" but winter is far from over! We are proud to introduce a new heating vest manufactured by Polar Products...

One of the cooling technologies we manufacture is the Cool Flow® System, with circulates water throughout insulated tubing sewn in a vest or seat cushion. This system is used by surgeons and industrial workers nationwide. 

We can customize our products to meet many unique needs, so when Vanderbilt University contacted us for a heating vest system for their research studies, we designed and manufactured the Cool Flow® Hot/Cold Vest System!

Cool Flow® Hot/Cold Vest System

The Cool Flow^® Hot/Cold System delivers constant heating OR cooling by continuously circulating water from the cooler through over 50 feet of insulated lines built into the lightweight vest.

Easy to reuse time and time again; simply add ice and water to the cooler to cool down, or turn on the heating element to warm up to 110° F!

Cool Flow^® Hot/Cold System(#CFHCS) includes:

• Comfortable, lightweight vest of your choice, each with built in insulated water lines
• Water reservoir
• 5 feet of insulated water lines from the cooler (4 foot extensions also available)
• High-flow, dry, quick disconnect couplings allow freedom of
  movement if needed.
• Grounded transformer which plugs into a standard 120v outlet (Lithium Ion Battery Pack also available)
• Convenient switch to turn heat on or off

Cool Flow® Industrial Seat System

This seat and back cushion connects to a cooling reservoir filled with ice water. Cool water circulates through insulated, high flow tubing sewn throughout a durable nylon seat and back cushion that can be secured to your seat.

No leaks, no problem. The 13 quart cooler water-tight cooler can be secured on forklifts or other vehicles.

The system comes standard with Power Take-off Adapter that is compatible with any "cigarette lighter" outlet. (12 volt DC wall power transformer or Lithium-ion battery pack also available!)
